Which service bundle is best for small businesses?

For small and medium businesses (up to 300 users), we recommend Google Workspace Business packages. Business Starter is budget-friendly and includes essential tools—custom email, video meetings, 30 GB pooled storage/user, and standard support. If you need more storage and meeting features, Business Standard (2 TB pooled/user) or Business Plus (5 TB pooled/user) are great upgrades.

For small businesses, we also recommend the basic website plan and the ERP bundle consisting of CRM, HRMS and Accounting modules.

Can I migrate my existing emails/data to Google Workspace?

Absolutely. ByteeIT’s specialists assist with migrating emails, calendars, contacts, and files from platforms like MS O365, MS Exchange, IMAP, Lotus Notes, Gmail, etc., ensuring a seamless transition.

How much storage do I get with Google Workspace?

Business Starter: 30 GB pooled per user
Business Standard: 2 TB pooled per user
Business Plus: 5 TB pooled per user
Enterprise plans: Storage starts from 1 TB pooled per user and can be as much as you want.

Does Google Workspace have an AI assistant (Gemini)?

Yes! Gemini is included in ALL plans of Google Workspace.

Can I transfer my existing domain hosting to your service?

Yes, you can transfer it fully and we can manage your domain hosting for you. ByteeIT assists with domain setup and migration.

How does the purchase process work?

• Select your preferred Google Workspace plan (Starter, Standard, Plus, or Enterprise), and any other required services (domain hosting, website, ERP)
• Choose a Flexible (monthly) or Annual (fixed-term) commitment
• Provide user count and necessary provisioning information
• You'll receive a confirmation email with invoice and next steps.

Are your plans billed monthly or annually?

You can choose between:

Flexible Plan: Month-to-month, add/remove users anytime.
Annual (Fixed‑Term) Plan: 1+ year commitment which has a lower per-user price; to reduce user count you must wait until renewal.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan type (from Flexible to Annual) anytime. You can also upgrade your subscription—just contact the ByteeIT team at reachus@byteeit.com.

How long does setup take after purchase?

Your licenses will be activated within 1–2 business days. Our technical team will contact you within 48 hours to understand your requirements and assist you with the next steps.
